Egyptian chamomile is one of the most popular herbs in the world. Sourced directly from the banks of Nile River in Egypt, this Egyptian chamomile is made exclusively from the tiny golden flowers which are sun dried in the desert heat. This tea has strong honey notes and is known to assist with sleep.

 

Ingredients: Egyptian Chamomile (Whole Flower)

Size: 2 ounce of loose tea leaves. Makes up to 19 cups (6 fl. oz.) of tea.

Simple and to the point. Whole chamomile flowers. I add a little ginger to it before bed.
